Terms of Use – Dressage Illustrated App Subscription

Thank you for using the Dressage Illustrated mobile application (“App”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the App and to any in-app purchases, including auto-renewing subscriptions (“Subscription”).

1. Subscription

The App offers an annual auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium content, including text and graphic diagrams of dressage tests. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase.

2. Auto-Renewal

Your Subscription will automatically renew each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your Subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

4. Refunds

All payments and refunds are processed by Apple. We do not issue refunds directly.

5. Access to Content

Active subscribers receive continued access to premium content. If your subscription lapses, premium content will no longer be available.

6. License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal use only.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute content in the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All diagrams, text, images, and layouts in the App are copyrighted and owned by Dressage Illustrated.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
